The best time to take the supplements depends on whether you’re actively rebalancing or following a maintenance schedule.
If you’re rebalancing, take Cleanse and Nourish first thing in the morning and right before bed. It doesn’t matter whether it’s with or without food - just that you’re consistent with morning and nighttime doses.
If you’re using the Ultimate Kit or incorporating Bind and Remineralize, take both first thing in the morning alongside Cleanse and Nourish.
If you’re following the maintenance schedule, take Bind and Remineralize in the morning and Cleanse and Nourish before bed. Again, it doesn’t matter whether it’s with or without food.
For Balance CBD, this is completely preference-based. Some people take it in the morning, some take it before bed, and some split the dose r even do a double dose. I personally love it first thing in the morning to help ground myself for the day ahead.
