SHIPPING AND RETURNS
ōNLē ORGANICS ships all products (excluding CBD) worldwide. CBD products are only available in the United States due to customs regulations. Now offering free shipping on subscription orders in the United States. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped on the same or next business day.
Title and risk of loss or damage to any products passes to the purchaser upon delivery by us to the carrier for shipment of any product(s) you purchase. Route shipping protection is available at checkout and is recommended.
Tracking numbers shall be provided via email once the product(s) have been shipped. Details for the arrival of the purchased products shall be included in the email as well.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
While you may choose a shipping option at checkout, please note that we reserve the right to select an alternative shipping method if needed to ensure the best possible delivery experience for you. We want to make sure your products get to you in a timely manner.
Please be aware that shipping delays are outside of our control, and the estimated delivery time provided by the shipping company is simply an estimate. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur in transit.
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping, but we encourage you to familiarize yourself with any local customs rules in your country. Duties are included in international shipping costs but we are not responsible for any products that do not clear customs or for any additional customs fees that may arise.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please email us at customercare@onleorganics.com to submit a return. Customer may return unopened product within 30 days of order. There are no returns on subscription orders. Customer is responsible for shipping costs + 20% restocking fee for returned items. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or intercepted. If customer wishes to return unopened product they will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fee. If you have any issues contact us via email at customercare@onleorganics.com.

Company shall notify you once the package has been processed. A refund or exchange shall be processed within five (5) business days following the package being processed.
