While camping among some beautiful northern mountains we collected a basketful of driftwood. As a family of six who lives half the year in a small airstream travel trailer and the other half in a 960 square foot home in Montana every little bit of “special space” is absolutely treasured. We live this way on purpose. It makes little things like personal driftwood shelves feel extraordinarily special. Each of my children made their own (well not my baby) and took turns with the drill. They figured out how to get the twine through the little holes and then rallied together to make this one to sell. Some of the proceeds will go to a no kill shelter and the rest will go onto their savings account to someday buy their dream horse.
