Here is a recipe you can whip up with your kids for an afternoon snack or to take to a dinner party. One of my families all time favorites! Plant based chocolate peanut butter cups.
Mix together and set aside the following:
Melt the following together:
Pour a little of the melted chocolate in a mini muffin cup, put a dollop of the peanut butter mixture and top with more chocolate. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. Place in fridge or freezer for at least an hour. Be careful, it’s hard to stop eating them!
Did you just run out of mini muffin cups? No worries! Make a huge one in a pie pan or use an ice cube tray.
